Session 1: 9:30-10:45 Building Community Coalitions
Dan Kenney (bio coming) offers a wealth of experience from building the DeKalb Co. Community Gardens organization from the ground up—into a vital community asset.
Session 2: 10:45-11:45 Creative Building Use
Paul Grier, Presbyterian Foundation, (see bio) brings knowledge of the possibilities and pitfalls when churches look to their building as a key to revitalization.
Session 3: 11:45-12:30 Community Assessment
Eric Heinekamp will explore the variety of techniques available to see where the needs lie in your community and what gifts your church has to share.
LUNCH BREAK
Session 4: 1:15-2:00 Resource & Idea Exchange
The afternoon session will feature an opportunity to share your questions, ideas or success stories
